3. Live Stream Participation
- Access to the live stream is strictly limited to one person per registration. You may not share your access with others.
- **Camera Requirement:** Your camera must remain on during the entire duration of the seminar so that we can ensure compliance with the one-person-per-registration rule. This is to foster an engaging and interactive learning environment.
- If we observe more than one person participating in the live stream under your registration, you will be immediately removed from the seminar, and no refund will be provided.
- You are responsible for ensuring your internet connection and camera are functioning properly throughout the seminar.
4. Intellectual Property
- All content provided during the seminar, including but not limited to videos, slides, and instructional material, is the intellectual property of Dot. Creative Group.
- You may not record, reproduce, distribute, or use the content for any purpose other than personal educational use without explicit written permission.
5. No Refund Policy
- All sales are final. Once you register and make a payment for the seminar, there will be no refunds issued for any reason, including but not limited to technical issues on your end, failure to comply with these terms, or dissatisfaction with the seminar content.
6. Code of Conduct
- Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner during the seminar.
- Disruptive behavior, harassment, or any form of misconduct will result in immediate removal from the seminar without refund.
7. Disclaimer
- The seminar content is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the seminar will meet your expectations or that it will be free from errors or interruptions.
8. Modification of Terms
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued participation in the seminar after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
