You must be at least 18 years of age. It is against New York State law (Section 260.21) to tattoo a minor, even with parental consent. In accordance with this law, we have a strict No Minors policy. Not only must you be 18, you have to prove it with a valid State or Federal Photo ID. No exceptions.Description text goes here

We charge an hourly rate for tattooing, which is applied per each piece in a session. For example, if you request an additional design on another part of the body during the same session, you will be charged for both individually. After submitting your appointment request, the artist will reach out to you with their individual rates and schedule openings.
-
Once you and the artist have settled all the details regarding scheduling your appointment and your tattoo idea, you will be required to submit a deposit equal to one hour of tattooing. The deposit will be applied to the final total for the appointment. For further information on deposits, see our terms and conditions.
-
Due to a high volume of requests, we may need a few weeks to process all the submissions. If you have not heard back from us in 2 weeks, feel free to send a follow up email.
-
Our studio is located in Midtown Manhattan, near Grand Central Station. Once you have booked an appointment, we will send you the address along with preparation info for your appointment.
-
We accept credit, debit, and apple pay. If necessary, PayPal will be accepted with an additional fee attached.
-
When explaining your tattoo design, please be as detailed as possible. For example, if you want a tattoo of a flower, tell us what kind of flower it is. Be explicit in your description, but try to keep it brief. Send us any reference photos you have for the tattoo. Also specify if you want your tattoo in color or black & white (not all artists do both). Tell us where you intend to get the tattoo, as well as the approximate size.
-
Each of our artists specializes in different styles. For examples of their work, check out the *Artists* page to view their individual galleries.
-
Our artists only work with original designs - however, they can certainly use the design you found as a reference for creating a custom design.
-
We do not charge a fee up front for drawing designs. However, if the artist has already finished the design and you decide to make changes that require drastic reworking, an additional charge of one hour fee will be added to the final total for the appointment.
-
The artwork will be shown on the day of your appointment. Appointments are made based on the originally requested design. Minor changes/adjustments (to the agreed upon deign) can be made on the day of the appointment. If changes are requested for the concept, it is considered to be a separate project and another deposit is required.
-
You will normally not see the completed design until you arrive for your appointment. If any adjustments need to be made, they will be made when you show up for your appointment.
-
Depending on the size of the tattoo, the artist may need more than one session to complete the piece. The artist may also decide to break up the session during the appointment (due to time constraints, clients pain tolerance, and/or design changes). If multiple sessions are required, the artist would either continue the following day depending on availability, or you would need to wait until after the tattoo is fully healed (2-4 weeks). If you are not local, please take this possibility into consideration when scheduling your appointment.
-
You may reschedule up to 48 hours in advance of your appointment. Any cancellation made less than 48 hours prior to your appointment will cause your deposit to be forfeited. You may reschedule one time without incurring any additional fees as long as you provide at least 48 hours notice. In the case of a serious emergency, please be communicative and we will do our best to work something out with you.
-
If your appointment is postponed due to circumstances outside our control (i.e. weather, extreme illness, etc.), the artist will offer you the earliest next available appointment slot in their schedules.
-
No. We are a small private studio, so only artists and clients, please. If you show up with someone to your appointment, they will not be allowed to enter the studio. We kindly ask that you do not ask for an exception to this rule. Luckily, we are a short walk to Central Park, Times Square, Bryant Park, Rockefeller Center, etc. We are located right off 5th avenue, so there is an endless amount of shops, restaurants, and cafes just a short a distance from the studio.
-
We want to give you the best tattoo possible, and we cannot control what other tattoo artists outside of our studio will do with our designs. Because of this, we only create designs for use by our own artists.
-
Before deciding if your tattoo needs retouching, please allow a month minimum for it to heal completely. Once that time has passed, email us directly with a picture of your tattoo. Your artist will respond and offer a time to perform the touch-up if deemed necessary. The first scheduled touch-up is free of charge and must be completed within one year from the date of your tattoo session. After one year it's considered a "refresh" and will require additional fees.
If any alterations are done to the original tattoo by another tattoo artist, the original artist may no longer consider it their work, so touch-ups or continuing the project may not be possible.

We do have vegan available upon request.

Please see the aftercare instructions for details.

Your tattoo will be mostly healed in 2 weeks, fully healed in approximately 1 month. When scheduling your appointment, please make sure to avoid plans that involve a lot of sun/water and exposure during the healing period.
